KuKu is a new show coming out of the embers of the Phuturelabs collective which had over 40 shows on Radio Magnetic between 2012 and 2016. With its roots firmly based in Balearic music at its inception, it aims to provide a wide spectrum of listening pleasures across multiple genres, in the true hippy trail spirit of the Island. Anything goes. Experiments encouraged. Dancing essential.
For the first show, host Cliff plays some all time favourites from One Dove, J.J Cale and The Chaplin Band alongside some more world music selections. Expect each show to have a different focus as record collections are explored. We hope you enjoy 01 and that you come back for more.
