This month’s guest is returned for his second visit to Radio Magnetic to play on Saturday Manatee.
Glasgow based DJ/producer, Scott McKay aka Fear-E (Dixon Avenue Basement Jams) returned for another run out with host, Jamie Thomson.
Having already made a name for himself as one of Glasgow’s most technically-gifted and diverse selectors over the past decade – DJing alongside names such as Regis, Surgeon, Jackmaster, EDMX, Legowelt, Hieroglyphic Being and James Ruskin – Fear-E’s mixes for Rinse FM and Hypnotic Groove showcased his musical range and mixing skills to a global audience. Blending House and Techno from the likes of Paul Johnson, Schatrax, Paranoid London and Drexciya into Sound Stream, Alden Tyrell and material from his own ‘Santini’s Ghost EP’, it’s clear there will be plenty more to come from this equally skilled studio operator when he steps back into the fray in the coming months.
